What is necessary for your refund?
There will not be any returns, exchanges and refunds if you do not like the product after its purchase. There must be an issue in the product to be eligible for the return, exchange and refund which must be shown in the photos in the email.
In case of a size issue, the size tag photo must be provided so that we may check that the issue is from our side or not.
Product must not be used
The returning Product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Delivery charges will be applied to the Exchange and Refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Time duration for exchange or refund
Exchange and Refund procedure will at least take 7 Days.
You will be needed to provide your CNIC number for the refund of your amount through Easy Paisa.
